1992-2010 Customer Service / Security & MOD duties
* Office procedures : phone calls , giving direction to the location , greeting visitors , follow up with phone orders , solving problems , working with diversity of clients , customer service , setting goals for customer satisfaction .
* Security procedures : Interior / exterior patrol of facilities , emergency response , DAR / daily report , work independently , safety / security inspections ; building evacuation plan , drill ; employee relations : call logs ; lost & found procedures ;
* MOD of 3rd shift : monitor daily delivery , employee access , handling employee relations , attend meetings with management , respond to maintenance issues , solvong problems , working under time pressure .
Experience - Worked with a wide *variety of customers , co - workers , clients , regarding background , national origin , faith - based affiliation . Able to relate to people of *diversity : since this his as a great addition to the historical development of our society .
